We got it. After more than four years of hard and continuous work, many travels around the globe looking for the almost perfect leather for our products, great support from our retailers, a good portion of self confidence and trust in our brand, and especially with a lot of heart and soul we togehter were able to establish aunts&uncles as a unique brand.
aunts&uncles convinces by honest products telling a story not only due to their own characters. Our products keep their promise – they are loyal companions in the middle of life. .
We are a bit surprised by the speed of our success ourselves, are happy to jointly look forward and to further develop the brand aunts&uncles to a non-interchangeable premium brand in the European market.

aunts&uncles’ philosophy – aunts&uncles’ endeavour.
aunts&uncles’ endeavour to offer high-quality bags and accessories at fair prices, fair for the end-user and fair for the manufacturer as well.
The leathers we use are dyed with colours that are in strict complance with the AZO and other guidelines. They are free of CFC, PCB, PCP, formaldehyde and comply with the guidelines for Crome VI.
a&u bags are produced in a medium-sized Indian bag manufacturer, which offers very good working conditions and a very humane working climate. We attach great importance to this, as we are convinced that only motivated workers can guarantee good, long-lasting quality. In the meantime, the fast growing factory solely produces aunts&uncles.
aunts&uncles bags are “styled with care”: each bag is produced manually with the support of modern machines. The symbiosis between tradition and modernity is important to us in order to protect the spirit of the time and the individuality of our products.
Naturally the aunts&uncles production process does not employ any child labour: women and men work together, the employees are free to follow their own religious beliefs and they are paid for their work on a regular basis.
Our products are designed and fine-tuned in the aunts&uncles STYLE KITCHEN in “Niederrhein”.
Our requirement is to develop casual, modern, portable and thus functional bags, made of authentic and exciting materials – in short “bags for life”.
